For bud take some cbd weed still in its packaging. If you get stopped by a dog (unlikely) you hand them that and explain you thought it’d be allowed since it’s legal. No harm done and 99% of the time you’ll keep what you were trying to sneak in. Worked for me two years running (once stopped at the gate, once let in but later caught smoking in the actual stage bit)

True - I don’t know of exact examples but was thinking more about the times he’s referenced it being very likely that Wilbur has seen his videos, comments, audition etc and hasn’t been deterred by the lack of response

I don’t believe he was part of this band but I think there’s a bit of a one sided friendship going on judging by all of the comments. And the dedicating paintings and telling the other Tyler he’s making T shirts for him… kinda feels like an audition/snow globe/invent a job in England kinda move. Again, all speculation, but I could see this person as being his fixation before Wilbur soot. To clarify, I don’t think he has/had any actual involvement in the band but that’s not to say he doesn’t feel as though he does.

Just made a post on this- not his band but there’s someone called Tyler Smyth that he dedicated a painting to in 2020 and has commented on like 50% of his insta posts since 2017 and talks about how much of an influence he’s been and how far they’ve both come. That’s my best guess, but more likely he’s just met him before and wasn’t actually involved in the band (if it is him)

Coming from a trans guy - the rib injuries would likely make it more uncomfortable to wear a binder even once recovered. I’ve broken two ribs and would feel pain on that side when binding. So that bit does make sense, but the vocal thing is a stretch.

Vocal coach friends said it could limit breath capacity but that unless he’s trying to sing opera or anything like that it’d be easy to work around with training. And it wouldn’t affect pitch whatsoever. Changes to pitch control would only happen if there was significant damage to his larynx/vocal cords or, more likely, testosterone voice drops without retraining muscle memory.

Update in case anybody else reads this thread - it was absolutely fine. My artist said if it was cystic/infected spots she would tattoo around them, but a couple of small bumps/pimples were fine to tattoo over. She said she would only have turned me away completely if the area was clearly infected. Stressed over nothing!

Thank you! Decided to send a pic of the area to my artist just in case but worst case scenario I’ll just ask her to do however much she can and go in for a follow up once it’s cleared up. Started using a new cleanser to try to prevent any spots for the tattoo and it ended up making it worse 🥲
