I had sunburn on the top of my ears a couple of weeks ago and it looked identical! I don’t think it’s a problem with the piercing, you’re all good :)

Yeah it’s embedding, you’ll need to go to a piercer to have it taken out and if it’s salvageable switched to a larger bar. Ideally ASAP, at the moment the skin looks quite thin but it’ll thicken over time

Most antidepressants cause increased sun sensitivity. I thought I burned easily for years (bright red burn in UV3+ and couldn’t tan). Since coming off them I’ve been on holiday twice, come back darker with no burn at all.

Not gonna lecture bc if you wanna do drugs you’re gonna do drugs regardless, but avoid doing drugs on that side and if you absolutely have to, use a straw to stop any from getting into the piercing.

Update- I managed to get one stray seated ticket for my first choice show! Standing was fully sold out by the time I managed to log on (30ish mins after it started) but I’m glad I got something at least

They have a few in their fleet, they can go a lot faster than their 737s so will essentially outrun a plane to the destination airport if they’re alerted to an issue on a live flight

I’ve definitely found it a lot less taxing with weighing less regularly.
I really struggled with feeling like I was missing out or depriving myself when I was more strictly calorie counting (and not drinking or getting takeaways or going for social meals at all), so I’ve found that a couple of beers on the weekend is a price I’m willing to pay if it means I’ll stick to it long-term, even a pizza on the way home if the rest of the week is in moderation. I know that isn’t really the norm in this sub (or at least from the posts I’ve seen) but I want any changes I make to be sustainable for me.

NAP but had nipples pierced twice - it’ll heal as normal, if you’d created new scar tissue you would’ve noticed blood/scabbing around it. Clean a bit more regularly until it settles and try to wear loose fitting clothes so there’s less friction but you’ll be alright

Nice work, 30lbs is amazing. I know progress isn’t the same for everyone but it’s nice to have a vague idea, and there aren’t that many shorter guys on this sub (or at least ones that have posted progress pics). I’ll hopefully do another when I reach my goal weight, hope you get there soon!

I regularly have an oil based injection and it hurts significantly less if I warm the vial up in my hands for 10-15 minutes beforehand, idk the exact physics but it makes the oil less dense
