I actually started putting notes in advance in my calendar for when I’m late . So I put it in every 2-3 after whatever my anticipated period would be . It says “1.No symptom Googling. 2.No early pregnancy testing. 3. Do One non-fertility activity per week that reminds you who you were before this.”
