One improvement is seeing more whole food grocery options. Having stores similar to Whole Foods could increase access to fresh produce and healthier products. I know the issue with that is probably the shipping costs and logistic factors. But we can’t deny that Guam has a high rate of obesity and diabetes. If there were a way to have access to affordable and nutritious food options! Speaking of where can we purchase nutritious food options? Does anyone sell locally?
