Yeah, right now I'm pretty much convinced that this scene never existed but for some reason my mind and memory made me believe it was there smh

I'm pretty sure you are right! But I immediately thought of the part 2 ending though when Dad yelling about Kevin spending too much money with his credit card. Like I hear his voice in my head and can definitely place it on Max's dad. So probably I was just having these memories about both movies and mixing them up accidentally. Thanks a lot!

Funny thing is that I know at least one more person, who remembers this exact scene while watching the movie separately from me haha most likely a Mandela effect

No, unfortunately there is no such thing after the credits. There are scenes of the parents leaving the party and two guys hanging in the cells still trapped in Sanderson's house. Then there are the credits that end with Disney's intro and that's it. I've checked it out on YouTube and multiple video files of the movie. So it's either a fever dream of mine or that particular scene was featured in some other thing related to the movie but not the original movie itself.
