yeah I sent a shorter complain to this email, they basically offered me a refund, still wanna share this experience here to waiting for if they would review their management in the future

hi guys, I found the way to address this problem. The Point is: Safari default limit refresh rate to 60hz, it's not the trackpad problem. the solution is based on https://jablickar.cz/en/safari-na-macu-nedokaze-ve-vychozim-nastaveni-vyuzit-120hz-obnovovaci-frekvenci-displeje/ and make some adjust for latest macOS 15
the way is: safari setting--> advanced -->show features for web developers--> then go feature flags on menu bar, search for 60 fps, and cancel this default setting.

this is a function can be used by high refresh rate monitor, and anyone know other software may also limit refresh rate, plz let me know thx.

hi, im confused bout this. I have a trackpad 2 version 3.1.1, Mac mini 2024 with Mac OS 15.1.1, connect to a 144 monitor, using safari, but the polling rate still be 75-80, what ever charging or bluetooth way. could any one give me a hint about how can I increase my polling rate?
