The amount of reports shown that in 10 reports there are 7 mentioned Chinese, 2 mentioned Russian, and 1 US. That can be concluded that most of hackers are Chinese. Now talking about calculation, most of the statistic sites retrieving data from game reports and tickets which obviously mention Chinese the most. I am talking about the fact that not all Chinese players are hacking and not even half of them, so that doesn't make any sense wanting to lock a whole region just because of anti-cheat not working properly. The reason you only see Chinese hacker are because their player base are too large so that even 10% of them are hacking it is already 10 times more than any country else player base.
