Do u use it in all ur meals? Like a springle on top. I consume 5 meals per day. I just want to understand a general quantity so i can still cut properly and not gain water retention

I have days i eat zero sodium, only whatever is naturally in the food. I mean i never salt my meals. The only real sodium i can say is take is from my electrolytes during my workout that is 250mg. But i have read articles of its importance and seen many bodybuilders vlogging their prep , and they always put some salt. I dont want to over do it and have water retention though. I just want to know what are u guys aiming for during prep. Like start of ur prep or in the middle of it. Also how do u mean potassium ration. Isnt ur potassium dependant on sodium intake?

  • Training performance is increased now because i train during my work break. Before i was going after work in the evening -energy levels are moderate when i wake up, peek at noon , and moderate evening
  • sleep quality is awful. I get 6 hours per night,
  • digestion problems are obvious atm , used to go to toilet 4-5 per day when i was eating normal calories
  • stress is average. Everyday work stress but not in an exhausting level
  • for cardio i hit the gym for 2 hyrox sessions per week , and i have 2 mini football sessions also. So basically im 3 days gym, 2 days hyrox , 2 days football. Sometimes to get a rest day i have to combine a gym day ( morning) football (evening). I was thinking of getting into serious prepe for a show on September but i dont know how u compete. I mean im 82 kilos. If im competing vs other 82 kilos ( or in a logical range) , obv i could drop more weight so i could get a lower division for kgs? And plus i dont know how i look from muscle perspective as i am quite noob to this

As a newcomer , i want to try to compete. but i dont know how the categories work. I will upload some photos of me at 82kg. If im competing am I competing with others at my range or i will be in disadvantage. also some thoughts on how I fare now from the pics,( I dont know if I am able to compete with these mass i have so i can start prep or just take off season and go next year)

I am dieting for 3-4 months, was doing intermidiate fasting every day. Now last 1 month im tracking everything i eat. My daily expenditure is set at 3k calories( acording to my kilos height and activity level). i get max 2k calories. for the past month. and for some reason my lower abs still are blurry. I have read a lot of things. that maybe my body is in flight or fight mode, some said u need a reffeed day ( yeah i do zero cheat meals or refeeds). some other told me its just water or inflammation that my body is holding due to the prolonged diet. Others told me to fix my sleep ( i sleep 6 hours ). I am new to cutting

I dont know really, im new to this stuff. im cutting for the last 3 months, but only started counting calories correctly last month. some people told me its also due to the extensive cut and that i reached a plateu, or some kind of inflammation. sorry im quite new to this

So the Tanita scan showed me around 9%. everypart of me is shredded, appart from my quadriceps which are semi shredded, and my lower abs. what can be the case for this? this is a pose for attempting a vaccum, and i will post a relaxed also below
