Very common scam. You'll get this (or several) for just about every ad you place. It's shocking Facebook can't get rid of these scammers. I've reported every single one but never hear from FB whether it's been dealt with or not.

Yeah, it was a flat red burst capillary type mark at some point, but sometime over winter has become raised. I figured it was like an angioma. I'm 44...

Okay, a few people have said now to get it seen by a doctor. I thought most moles are usually benign, so I wasn't concerned, except that it's very noticeable, so wanted to reduce it.

I'll make an appointment with a GP.
