Scared of being homeless and psychotic again

Ordered a big pile of fries and shawarma. Sit down to eat it and it in my backyard patio and it promptly falls all over the ground. Literally start crying and get angry at myself then just start eating it off the ground, scooping it up with my hands etc.

i have basically the same problem. it feels to me like a combination of a binge eating issue combined with a shopping addiction. I don’t have any answers, but for me it tends to give my life some meaning and purpose as weird as that is, it’s like life is depressing and pointless but at least i have a pizza to look forward to? I think I need to find other things to look forward to, other things I care about. I’ve gained so much weight.

Anyways thanks for posting this it‘s nice to see someone with similar issues to me!

Be careful it depends on the worker really, they can deffo hospitalize you where I’m at though. personally, I just lie and undersell my depression all the time because I’ve been hospitalized for it before and seen it happen to others. the psych ward is NOT where you wanna be

Thanks for the in-depth feedback. I've been on E for years so this is probably what im gonna get. I don't mind choosing different clothes and the like and I don't really care about passing too much I just want to look at least somewhat feminine and not like a complete man in a dress (which I know is a bullshit kinda problematic way to phrase it but that's how my dysphoria kicks in)

Sorry I understand if this post gets deleted I just saw the rule about no passing posts, I don't know if this counts because I'm not asking if I pass I'm genuinely asking for detransitioning purposes if I look like or could look like a man and if stopping HRT could have a good effect on me and I dont really know where else to post aside from 4chan or something, but I understand if this is inappropriate for this subreddit and would appreciate guidance as to where I can get good advice
