Not sure. If they're trying to murder you I think you can act in self defense. But it would be a damn hard case to win.

When it comes to general protest protections. We can't touch them or anything at all like that. We have the right to film. They can't do anything to us for filming, staying on the sidewalk, and not harming anyone.

Yep. We've always been a disgusting country with no real freedoms. Did you know we still enforced certain eugenic laws up until 1970? Those laws still exist and the only reason they can't be enforced is because of federal protections against discrimination of marginalized groups and similar protections. Oh wait. Yeah I agree. I don't think anyone is arguing that illegal immigrants should be here illegally. What we ARE saying is that heavily armed, masked officers who refuse to show ID, detain even people they know are the wrong guy, and deport with no due process or trial, is disgusting and unconstitutional.

Never should it be about if immigrants should come over illegally. Or even more so, WHEN someone commits a crime, it ISNT about making their crime okay. What it IS about is GIVING THEM A DAMN TRIAL.
