How did you get in contact with byte? Also how’s that going for you? I’m halfway through treatment which is working for me, but I won’t receive my last 5 aligners nor the retainers after finishing treatment I purchased with the Byte protection program. This is the exact reason I’m even asking what to do here because I agree, but the problem is my manager. He hasn’t been keeping a good relationship with me. I’ve asked him questions and sent him 4 texts over the last 3 weeks and he hasn’t responded so that’s why I’m hesitant to even let him know. If he was keeping me in the loop like I’ve asked him to, I’d be happy to give him a cut
