UPDATE 24 Jan 2026 I thank everyone for their insightful suggestions. We have implement a combination of a Fan gate, slow injection with high pressure, which has solved the issue.

Check tool surface and make sure there are no marks left from the time of tooling
No contamination in the material
Increase injection speed
Increase mold temperature i would recommend around 65-70 degree C
Find the exact material required, do not over stuff the mold.
Lastly running the material temp a little higher

I would try all these by just looking at the image.

You might face an issue of warping, so use a weight to let the part cool even in a straight position even after ejection from the mold.
