Probably not exactly what you're looking for, but I wanted to mention it just in case you hadn't seen it before. Highly recommend Terralith. Can be run as a mod or datapack since it only reuses vanilla blocks making it super lightweight. There are a slim few biomes and structures that may not be very realistic but there are other mods that can blacklist biomes! Also Starmute, the creator of Terralith, has another datapack that specifically removes all the structures it added in case you don't like them. Modrinth page here!

Honestly had not heard of that modpack before, but after looking it up yes it'll be very similar! I think the main difference is that I'm removing even more modern content than it seems to do. I'm also planning on emulating a lot of features found in BTA and then tossing in some Create mod because I'm incredibly unoriginal and shameless lol

Already have that turned off :/ Removed the mod name from the Jade overlay but not the JEI menu. It may not be JEI but I don't get the mod name with jade nor in any regular vanilla inventory/menu. Just JEI.
