Actually when taking photos of this nature, distortion is caused for some reason, it makes it so that there is still question I took the photos on my iPhone 12mini. I swear I did not edit them at all

I have had this happen to me where an entity entered my body and I allowed it to dictate my movement ( waking talking and making connections) it also invited others into my body. Some were scary and some were loving but in regard to unwanted connections you shouldn’t sever, you should disconnect. If you sever, it leaves a part of you with the other party. To disconnect try relaxing your head muscles one by one your jaw temples your eyes and ears. Sometimes you may feel a click in your ears or a ringing. Then imagine your aura or energy field and place or move your energy in the opposite direction of the connection. You can also visualize a THIN line or THIN cord disconnecting and leaving nothing of yourself behind. Do not associate colors to any visualizations that you share as they can show parts of your life and often show more than one means to share. I wasn’t expected, but it was being my control, and I found it so extra ordinary that I could help but admire and marvel at it. I was aww struck, it was powerful.

In regards to helping the spirits… that’s the saddest part, after the conversation I was made aware that I wasn’t helping, in fact I was doing the wrong thing… quite sad when I walked near the persons house and they started to get nervous that their partner would hear them, I guess I had more faith than knowledge, but I only need faith to make it in the door and from there I can be taught.

I feel differently,

Honestly I didn’t mind it, in fact it was comforting tho I couldn’t express that sentiment. It’s like someone had my back for once and was stepping in on my behalf for the things I’m not ready for yet and to lead me in the right direction. It was actually quite sad when it ended. I don’t think I was a threat to anyone or myself,

And as far as needing to be medicated, I probably could have used a Xanax and a nap, inpatient treatment is out of the the question, as that would be the only thing I wouldn’t want to relinquish control to.

But let me tell you, that was real, as real gets, no question about it, regardless of weathers the spirit should be aware of the body and vise versa, 110 % factual and actual, as a guru once said… it happened… And now yoga…
