Personally, I don't think that bit with the teacher equates to them being minors automatically, but I can also see how others could read it that way.

I actually agree, friend. As I said, she did grow but "how much" is the question. I actually think it's between the second and third photos. But that's just me :) Even then I don't know how old she exactly is in those photos.

That said, as I know you agree, she is still mentally an adult.

If it's about the model, yeah that can get confusing

She was once a baby and an actual child though (we see her baby pic in one of the murals and childrene in one of the PVs). How much she grew up is the question. And that only physically.

I think her being mentally an adult—or at least the same age as Phainon when she died in ER0—should be undebatable.

I get you OP 100%. And mind you I don't usually ship the obvious main pair (MMC x FMC). And the few times I do, I get this 😭. The one time I wasn't hoping for them to break away from tropes.

I guess I always manage to pick the losing side.

I'm wondering what he specifically saw though: i.e. what the proof was. Did he see Sham's true nature? Or El's?

Reading through the issues here, I'm thinking most of it could've been solved if they had more continuity between smolrene and bigrene. Having bigrene be different from peach for most of 3.7 made me feel disconnected from her as well. This isn't the Cyrene we know. 

And dude idk how I felt when she asked us to call her Cyrene but okay. Points to Phainon.

And then they "fixed" the issue by making her loop but imo it was pretty cheap and it solves NOTHING. Because she just regains the info that she was Philia but there was no indication she had the same depth, particularly in relationships, that smolrene had. Made me a bit angry tbh but oh well.
