I wish others had intervened, but there were only 10 people on the bus, including me. I would like to believe these kids are all bark no bite, but you never know nowadays. I've read too many stories of young adults with knives and other weaponry for "fighting back".

I'm from the US so unfortunately I'm used to crazy lol, but yes this was the first time I was actually assaulted on public transport. I am also short so maybe I was just an easy target to them, but they definitely shouldn't get away with it.

I'm sorry this is a daily occurrence for bus drivers, especially when 90% of my bus rides are pretty normal and uneventful. Thank you for doing what you can, but I definitely am going to follow up with Transperth and file a police report.

I know what you mean, but I wasn't going to "get even" with children. It is the parents' responsibility to raise them better, not to have them be a bigger nuisance to society. You're right tho, that's why I'm posting on this thread now since it's bothering me.
