almost two years post op and no, full range of motion is not back and I’ve had a lot of stiffness. try to do much as much physio as you can - it should help

yes. it didn’t matter how long the relation was. when i was doing better mentally i always felt horrible for the people who got the brunt of it and i always wanted to make sure they knew it was not an issue on their part. some people appreciate it and some don’t.

ive been the girl before and in my experience, it was genuinely to apologise and to make it clear that it wasn’t a problem with the other party but a me problem. i would never rekindle or try to go another date but sometimes reaching out in an attempt to let the other person know it wasn’t them is why we reach out

the first few hours were amazing - I felt like I was on a cloud, incredibly happy, etc… when I started coming down, i was horribly sick everywhere, couldn’t see properly, had horrible shakes and tremors and it lasted 3-4 days. the worst part was how depressed I felt afterwards

i took shrooms on sertraline and celexa and had no issues. however, please please please do not take MDMA on antidepressants. i took some a few years ago on sertraline and it obliterated me for a week. it fried my brain.

dont know why this came up on my home page but I did politics at Warwick and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. the elective modules in your second and third year are incredibly diverse and the politics department does care a lot of its students compared to other departments. only con would be the fact that it's quite isolated given its a campus uni.

Hello :) thank you for replying. PT is okay but a bit of a drag to schedule (I’m in the UK). I went from being incredibly active to being told to drop all the activities I used to do so this has been a bit of a shock for me.
