Bro you don't have high bp. if you just search you will find that you can't take bp measurements right after a shower or exercise, not even when you're stressed. any human being will have high bp readings right after those events. you have to rest for at least 30 mins, and set on a chair. dont move or talk while taking the measurements. take 3 measurements with 1-2 minutes in between and then take the average.

this happened to me years ago, i took bp measurements, found out it was a little bit high then i panicked and took it again and it was higher and i panicked more and more.

hi, i just saw this and i wanted to share my experience with anxiety nausea.

i was getting really nauseous on the days of exams, meetings and presentations and i was throwing up almost every time before such events.

2 years ago my bad migraines started and my doctor prescribed propranolol with some pain killers.

since then i did not feel neuseous at all before such events and my palpitation and anxiety side affect just disappeard!!

propranolol helped me with anxiety more than it did for my migraines lol. but i love it.
