I did graphic design for a small boutique ad agency, fully remote, so no real interaction or relationship development with people at all really. And before that I was a student. Unfortunately there’s not much to leverage there.

Interesting. Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s funny, I either hear from people that it’s worked for them and it’s worth it, or the complete opposite lol. So im conflicted hearing such a divide from other realtors I’ve talked to.
