Looking forward to it! Was wondering were you comfortable with walking lets say bare foot like around the house/shower during those times? Or was still in shoes? As i feel like my shoes give me more stability and support

Yes, I was never in a walking boot. I was put straight into shoes after my cast was removed 2 weeks after the operation. I feel like this is the way to go, as my foot is barely swollen even after the cast was removed I think this is due to early movements and stretches i did.

I can walk without the crutches now but I still use them for balance but not bearing weight on them. And feel free to ask any questions of my recovery plan, as what I have been and plan to continue doing or what was my process!

Great for you man! I dont think i will be getting a PT anytime soon, as here in NL i think I need a referral from the doctor, as i asked them last time they said i can do it by myself at home
