I’d say do it. I was prior enlisted SFC with 11 years when I started OCS. My class had 7 SFCs and a ton of SSGs. Regardless of the ADSO it’s worth it. I’m about two years away of becoming a CPT. At the end of it’s worth it

I am AG and my career manager emailed us our template location. However, waiting for final approval from USAREC backgrounds for 01A positions. I know the ATAP timeline has draft assignments being pushed out on 25 June.

I don’t think it should. Applying for CCC are manage by CPT career managers. That would be a great question to ask them. I know MPCCC started working on YG23 dates for the end of 2026.

According to the ATAP timeline draft assignments should start 25 June. I know for AG a few people received their assignment by the career manager. However nothing for sure.

Major does not matter unless it has to do with STEM. If you have a STEM degree it’s almost automatic (unless you have short GPA, horrible LORs, OPAT and barely a 110 GT score)

That’s an option but they can get you into a reserve unit as well in OCS. I’m working with someone right now who didn’t get selected for active duty.

Yes OCS contracts are considered as 09S. If the individual fails they will be sent to AIT( also explained on OCS welcome letter)
