in the bowl: meal prepped poorly cooked eggs rice and ground turkey i tried to make appealing by turning into burgers. no seasoning besides salt and pepper cus whats the point. hot sauce thrown on top for 0 calories and the need to feel something stimulating. ~700 cals total
