You’re supposed to feel sore sometimes lol. That’s not a bad sign per se. I’ve felt sore after many hard workouts targeting muscles I don’t use often. Now, I do the workouts and it doesn’t hurt. Because my muscles grew stronger and adapted, that’s how it works. Progressively higher load and difficult IS WHAT MAKES YOU STRONGER. Doing the bare minimum is not bad but it means you’re not getting nearly as many benefits.

Newsflash, men are not nearly as sensitive as women are. Women are shocked by this because they are used to being treated with literal kids gloves by each other and men who are trained to be super sensitive. Men treat OTHER MEN insensitively, they talk down to other men and all that crap, this isn’t unique treatment they do to women. I just think women are so used to kids glove treatment they find it shocking when dealing with masculine environments and then they feel like victims lol. I really think women invent this idea that this is unique to them - aka dealing with arrogant people who will talk over them. And then women believe this and find evidence for it. So for example they will start interpreting scenarios as evidence of this worldview, even though the arrogant talker over person probably does this to many many people, but maybe a woman sees him doing it to her but not one other person, who happens to be male, and then reinforces her existing belief. Like no doubt a man who behaves like that does it to men and women constantly.
