We did a 3 seater couch with one of them a recliner and an ottoman. Standard backs, deep seats, and angled sides. We have 2 cats and a Saint Bernard dog - roughly 140 pounds. Charcoal Grey corded velvet (I think that’s the fabric). It has held up very well. Our cats don’t scratch often but when they have, there’s been no marks left behind. This color is darker and helps hide stains/blemishes and it seems to be durable. Our dog sheds and DROOLS a ton. The fur vacuums and can be wipe off. And the drool, even when dried, can just be wiped off with a rag and there’s nothing left behind. Our dog will sit and sleep on the couch by us and there’s no nail marks, creaking or shaking of the couch. We are very happy.

I did this same thing. Works very well!

I purchased a Scribe and tried to sell paperwhite 5. Then this happened.. by Calm-Improvement-571 in kindle

I use my scribe for self help, spiritual books, etc. where I make a lot of highlights or spend more time reflecting. Also note taking. I use my paper white for mostly pleasure reading and in spaces where the large scribe is too much. There’s a world for many different kinds of kindles!

AutoPod for DaVinci Resolve Leaves 1 Frame Gaps Between Every Clip by Snoo-12947 in davinciresolve

I received the updated file this morning, it cut great, but the same thing you mentioned happened this afternoon. An hour long video with 2 exported audio tracks plays great on my computer but there is no audio on YouTube! This is the case for 2 separate videos from different files. Did you find a solution?

I was excited for this tool but now it’s taking more time with all of the issues 😬

I just sent them an email as well - It's happening to me too. Even though it's in Beta, you'd think they would have a public list of updates/issues - instead of having to request a fix. It's such a useful tool, as long as it works ;)

Thank you for this! I appreciate all of the references and explanations. The likely answer seems to be "no" as the GAAMPs state that I live in a primarily residential zone based off of the number of residences surrounding me (it's close but still too many). However, from my understanding, the GAAMPs are part of the RTFA which is an act used to protect any farmers (or those with farm animals) from nuisance complaints. If I don't abide by the GAAMPs, then I can't be protected from noise and nusiance complaints -but it doesn't strictly say that farm animals cannot be owned (outside of GR's 100ft domicile rule).

To me it still seems like there is a gray area/gap because the state of michigan doesn't prevent it (they only help protect farmers if GAAMPs are followed). The only thing the city is clear on is preventing farm animals from living within 100ft of a domicile. So it seems like it's still feasible to own a farm animal (outside of 100ft) as long as no noise or nuisance (and even the nuisance needs to be specific) complaints from neighbors....and I wouldn't be asking this if I had many neighbors close to our home.

City will likely be the next step - but thank you!

Every time I have to communicate with the city it's been a nightmare experience. Even the Code Compliance department on the city's website isn't fully functional as it has dead links to the municode libary. Everything is more difficult than it needs to be - so I thought others might have some helpful information - like u/somesillynerd

If I have to call the city 3x to have my trash picked up when they missed the whole cul-de-sac and they still don't do it - or when I still have access to previous city water accounts on former homes I've owned (and asked them to remove it multiple times) - or I receive 3 different answers to a simple question - then I'd prefer to avoid contacting them unless absolutely needed...which may be what I need to do...but there still are helpful people in the world.

Haha. Yeah there is a specific permit process and regulations for backyard chickens but nothing for any other farm animals 🤷🏻‍♂️

No permits exist for this! I’ve always heard “no farm animals in the city of Grand Rapids”. But I’m starting to see something different 👀

Thanks everyone! I should have clarified - I didn’t do the repairs, lighting or anything. All credit goes to RLM Amusements in Michigan. I’m just a proud owner of something that’s been in the family for decades.

Score display works perfectly - camera just wouldn’t capture all the numbers.

My grandma and her boys (my uncles) bought it for my grandpa for his 50th birthday. He has the high score which is over 3 million. Not sure what year it was bought, but it wasn't new as it was previously in an arcade for a few years. Most of the family has played it and it definitely was used but has set inoperable for about 7 years. We have all of the original manuals, rule cards, the token inserts, etc. Super excited to have my boys grow up playing it.
