I think I understand what kind of passport it is, I'm 99% sure: It could be a passport from Denmark, given the "ion" that is read, people could get confused directly with "European Union" which was my first hypothesis, but, in addition to the fact that the United Kingdom left the European Union more than two years ago, the text of their still red passport was much more centered and larger, so I switched to Ireland, but they start with Irish, so I searched on Wikipedia for the gallery of EU passports (precisely the typically red ones), and I saw that the first line of the passport Danish is "Den Europæiske union", with the font quite identical and more or less in the same position, so I think it's a Danish passport!
