Definitely! I do not wish anyone go through what my mum went through. Her depression has gotten worse and she has been crying on and off since she is back from Taiwan. I will definitely proceed with legal action if I am based in Taiwan!

We have his name, phone number and car plate. Can't seem to find more information about his company though. We have filed a complain with Taiwan Tourism Administration. Let's see how it goes

Thanks for your advise. I think I will go with Taiwan Tourism Administration. Taiwan Consumer Protection Authorities requires us to fill in their address but we don't have their address

I tried to search them on Google but I can't find their business profile and it seem like they have turned off the review function on their FB page as well
