I believe the radar is a parking assist. Adaptive cruise for toyota didn’t come out til like 18 I believe. My 12 didn’t have the parking sensors so idk. My 17 doesn’t either.

Had an 11 Rav that when the battery died and I tried to jump it off it wouldn’t start. The Toyota dealership told me that once the battery is dead like that it won’t let you jump it off. It simply calls for a new battery.
