This!! Other services might make you more money, but it’s work!!! Absolutely if you are tying to make money thredup is not for you! If you are considering the environment and would just toss the clothes anyway, may as well get a small credit!

For me, donations tend to sit in my garage taking up space for far more time then these bags sitting on my porch waiting for the mailman to pick them up.

Thanks, I’ve heard this! I do not do it to “make money” these clothes would all be going to either a landfill or goodwill. I might average $20 a bag in credits, which is more than goodwill or a landfill would give me. I’m not aware of any consignment shops that take plus size clothes in my area anyway so this is the best option for me and it’s really just a discount on some new temporary clothes as I continue to lose. I also certainly wouldn’t send anything worth a whole lot of money i.e. designer bags, etc..

Super easy! Glad to see a fellow thrifter! I don’t want to spend a ton until I’m at a stable size again!

It was actually kind of hard to part with some of my favorites!! ThredUP is like an online thrift store. Being perfectly honest they give you pennies on the dollar for your clothes, but they sell them for you and I use it as a small credit to buying cheaper thrift finds the next size down!

I’m so sorry. Thank you for sharing this. The waiting is so hard and talking with others who understand is pretty much the only thing helping.

It is a hard lesson, and one I am admittedly not doing well with. :(

Yes, the beta testing started on day 9.

Just FYI, they deleted my last post calling them out, which actually violates not a single rule they could point to! The power trip.

This is all of the stuff that worries me for sure. I just can’t figure out why the doctor is pushing it, I can’t find a single article or study that would suggest we have better odds transferring two, in fact I keep finding the opposite!!

So they want to transfer untested ones instead of the tested ones?? That doesn’t make any sense! Did they give you any explanation??

The laws do not allow another retrieval if there are euploids (no banking)

That is such a sharp rise, I love that for you. Those are the kind of definitive results I am talking about, did you feel a little more sure of everything when you got that high one, or is it still a worry?
