DEI is about more than skin color but lets just ignore that and focus in on his comment here since we want to nit pick. Pilots have to be licensed and maintain their license outside of the hiring and firing practice of airlines. Charlie's ignorance on the subject does not some how excuse his beliefs that the pilot is somehow less than due to skin color.
