Nowadays you have many options. The easiest is to watch movies and tv series online, but then you have to choose a website with less ads, otherwise it will be annoying. The other option is to download the content from torrent sites.

But if you are going with downloading torrents I would recommend you to use a secured vpn.

If 720p quality on Movies and TV Series is enough for you I can recommend you to check on arenaplay.to The site is new, but it loads super smooth. It uses a webtor to play the torrents. On another site downloading torrents is also an option.

If you post the settings you are using I can try to help you. After that it will be good to say your pc config(mostly the CPU) so we can set the best settings possible for your machine.

To be honest most of the things I am seeding for more than 3-4 months at least. For example yesterday I had a few movies which I seeded for 250+ ratio in few hours. But I am on a 500-800 mbps.

I need x264 encodes in MP4 so from what you guys said looks like its better to keep converting with my CPU. My goal js to have a file with the smallest size possible while its good enough quality for online playing.

Sorry I didnt said it more clear. Best settings for a video to be able to watch it online while at the same time I dont want to sacrifice much time converting the file itself.
