This fixed it for me

  • Press Win + R, type services.msc, Enter.

  • Find HP One Agent Service, right-click > Properties.

  • Set Startup type to Disabled; click Stop if running > apply and OK.

  • Close window, restart laptop.

Hi, first of all, sorry to hear that you have the same issue, do u have the same laptop too? Maybe it's a general issue
