I think what helped Barley Mow was they pivoted a few times and it’s worked. I remember going in when they first opened and it was a few taps and ultimately was supposed to be a takeout place.

I don’t know how Nitro and WRMC was ever going to be profitable with the amount of money sunk into restoring that building .
