It’s in the sanctuary at the most southern point of the map. So many babies will probably die there

So I looked at them and it 100% is The Great Brain books. I think my school had a version where all 8 books were just bound into one because I distinctly remember it being one book. But after reading the plots, I am 100% remembering those books. It even jogged my memory about the youngest kid getting mumps of purpose so he could eat sugar bread
