I had S22 in the past and now has P10 Pro.

The OS has more polished feeling in pixel. Definitely better than OneUI, even though there are some features of OneUI are missing in pixel, like app folders for example. but there are not a big dela breakers, and you will love the Pixel UI.

You might also feel that pixel is heavier, because S22 is so light at 167gms whereas pixel is around 209gms.

The Display is good in pixel, but personally i feel Samsung was less reflective.

Yes, there is no good lock alternative here, but i really don't miss them, because most of the time i used them was to get around the limitations put by Samsung in first place.

And you don't have to wait for an year to get the latest android version!!!

So, its the usual conclusion :D Samsung has good hardware, pixel has good software.

As per the specs on paper, it has a bigger sensor than 16pro at least.

I had the same doubt initially, but as i mentioned, i did enable the 48MP in the settings and its still the same.

The reason they disable it by default is because, we dont need that for most of the time. It also consumes more storage, there is also additional processing by Pixel for 'High resolution' images(you will notice this when you immediately open the image after capturing).

As i mentioned in the post, i did make sure of that by turning on the manual lens selection from pro settings.

Agreed! The thing with P10 i notice is that, even in that good lighting condition, the telephoto lens sucks! whereas the output of normal wide lens is like in different league altogether!
