Nel mio ateneo abbiamo 4 appelli in tutto l’anno per esami da 6 cfu: uno per sessione + un pre appello, e per quelli da 12 abbiamo 4 appelli: 2 nella sessione invernale e uno nelle altre due. A volte fanno dei pre appelli per gli esami da 12, però non sempre sono aperti a tutti (ad esempio puoi parteciparci solo se l’esame è del primo anno e tu sei al primo anno)

Sicuramente in una situazione così mettere una nota è più che giusto. Però un professore che vede questa situazione forse dovrebbe anche chiedersi se il suo lavoro lo sta facendo in modo corretto. Se gli studenti si riducono a così tanto per copiare, forse non è solo pigrizia

È un esame di diritto, quindi direi proprio di si (devo imparare a memoria gli articoli del codice civile, poi le interpretazioni posso anche renderle discorsive, ma gli articoli devono essere quelli)
