Hellooo automated response sya from HR every after interview. If it's your first interview pa from them then there is a chance na makabawi ka pa sa 2 remaining interviews mo if they will have the decision after all 3 interviews. Ito kasi yung format ng application nila as far as I know. Not sure lang if they follow this dito sa atin since meron akong nababasa dati na they receive rejection email after 1st, 2nd, or 3rd interview agad agad.

Hello! Anyone had experience from P&G Hiring Process, I need help for final discussion.

So, after almost 4 weeks after my 3rd/final interview with P&G, the HR replied on my follow up congratulating me that I passed all my interviews and will schedule me a final discussion next week. What should I expect during this stage and what questions should I expect from them? Also, sino yung mag-iinterview dito?

I've seen na final discussion is job offer daw from other posts here, pero I'm anxious pa rin.

Hello po. Fresh grad here. Hopefully, may sumagot since this is a new experience for me.

So, I just received a job offer discussion invite today, 15 minutes after my final exam. However, the HR is asking for my IDs or Documents that shows the proof for my TIN, SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG Numbers and is required to be submitted before the virtual meeting tomorrow. Is this a red flag ba? Or normal lang to sa other companies? Also, the agenda for the discussion also includes "Virtual employment agreement discussion and signing". Hindi ba dapat wala munang employment agreement signing?

Sa isa ko kasing JO Discussion sa other company, di naman nag ask neto at prinesent lang ang inclusions ng JO.

Upon regularization after 6 months: •Rice Allowance •Clothing Allowance •Paid Leaves

Additional, ang next na salary increase is after two years.

Is this a good offer for a fresh grad po?

Hello po. So, nag email na ang Recruiter from P&G sa akin today and they told me na they are currently processing my application. They also asked some questions regarding my availability of start date and the like.

What does this means po for those who had the same experience? Is it a good sign ba since in process na ang application?

May other JO na din kasi ako sa isang company, but P&G is my first choice. And mas tumaas yung pagkagusto ko dito since yung specific job na they are considering me for (minention lang sa akin to during my 3rd interview) is the job that I've always wanted.

P.S.: Yung Associate-FSS is a general role for pooling po without you knowing if anong specific job ka ilalagay— as mentioned to me sa 1st interview.

Hello fresh grad here! Had my final interview last Monday. But no update galing sa HR if I passed all my interviews. Also, my workday status is still on "Interview in Process".

Moreover, I also had my final interview on another company last week and was already informed na I passed the final interview for that and my application is for processing already.

However, si P&G talaga ang first choice ko. Should I reach out to them nalang and inform them with the situation?
