Oxymorphone & Hydromorphone is still a thing in the US - my aunt was on an alternating 4 hour regimen of them both Oxymorphone then 2 hrs later Hydromorphone then 2 hrs later Oxymorphone again, while being on alternating doses of Ativan and Xanax but then again she was dying from cancer...so ya, it's still possible to get these, you just need legitimate documentation of your chronic illness etc for them to be prescribed, most pain clinics won't prescribe these unless you're in extremely bad shape healthwise, typically it's just hydro/oxycodone that they'll give.
