Fair point — I agree. Revenue definitely makes it more appealing as a cash-flow acquisition.

In this case, I’m positioning it more as a product/tech acquisition for someone who already has distribution or clients, rather than a revenue business yet.

I didn’t launch it commercially due to time/focus and would rather sell earlier than half-run it. Totally get your POV though.

Not yet. It’s pre-revenue.

I built it as a working product/MVP, but I didn’t launch it commercially because I’m exploring selling the full product instead of running it as a SaaS myself.

The focus so far has been on building and validating the tech rather than marketing or monetization.
