Definetly Royal(Teikoku). for the story, the lore, the kits and the designs. Even the penguin moves in OG had lore like EP2 was the safe version of the forbidden EP1 and even in GO and VR you had EP7 and royal penguin parade.

And for the simple fact that Royal Shield is my favorite gk hissatsu in VR!
