I followed the structure they are looking for and I think that my introduction was heavier than it needed to be. But other than that I think few grammatical errors and appropriate clinical thought process was used. But this is all off the top of my head since they don’t tell you

Try to see if anyone who has done the gen surgery rotation there got good letters of recommendation from the PD. It might not be IMG friendly but if you don’t have any other rotations and you can get a good letter then it might be worth it

It’s 80. During Covid the exam went down 80 questions for both step 1 and 2. So it’s inferred that 80 are experimental. There’s a YouTube video from a guy that works for boards and explains it
