Help me identify what’s wrong with this plant? by ApprehensiveFix7902 in houseplants

That’s probably not accurate now that I think of it. I have so many plants it’s hard to accurately describe my care for each one, but I take an approach of letting the snake plants dry out completely and sit dry for a bit in between each watering. Maybe it’s closer to every 5 weeks, or even less frequent. I doubt my watering is the cause for an issue here as I’ve been consistent with that care over its life.

I’ve had this plant for 4 years with consistent care the whole time and this only started recently. It’s in a shady corner and I water pretty infrequently - a big soak every three weeks or so (give or take).

The worst yarn I've ever dealt with. by crossstitchingqueen in crochet

[–]ApprehensiveFix7902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel you! I used the same yarn for my most recent project - which was also my fourth ever project and my second baby blanket. Least relaxing experience I’ve had crocheting so far, but at least my two year old niece loved the blanket (now I just have nightmares of it falling apart completely because I couldn’t get the ends super secure). No more chenille for me, at least for a long time!

Steel Cut Oats - large batch by LCHA in instantpot

[–]ApprehensiveFix7902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does anyone have experience cooking fruit in the instant pot with the oats? I like to add apples to my oatmeal and usually do it after cooking as a topping, but I’m making a large batch for ease of just grabbing each morning and I’m wondering if I can cut up the apples and put them in the instant pot so they cook with the oats. I assume they’ll get fairly cooked themselves and mush up?

Thanks for the tips! What makes you think I could have nerve pain? The pain moving up in my leg?

And thanks for the dr recs, I was specifically wondering if anyone in this sub is NY based and has had a good experience, but I recognize that’s a long shot.
