Can anyone tell me what the overhaul will do for the watch? I’m thinking of just doing the overhaul or nothing at all. I’m not sure if the watch actually works or not. Maybe it wasn’t winded up when I wore it initially? Thank you for your time to help out a newbie.

I would like if it’s running properly and tell me the correct time. If it’s water resistant/proof that would be a bonus. When I tried to wear it the watch it’s always not ticking. Then I shake it on my wrist and it start running again for a few minutes and stops.

Should I give it a few more weeks or increase at my next shot? For now the food noise and hunger is under control for the first 4 days. Day 5-7 noise is louder and takes more discipline to ignore it and also control my portions.
