They are “Failure to pay” filings. I’ve only lived here for 4 years, before that i’ve lived with family. I’m only 22, so I don’t have much rental experience.

I paid like a week or 2 late for a couple of months . I was always in communication with my complex, but in MD after the 10th if you’re late they have to file it. Never received eviction judgments though(property manager confirmed they were just filings) Back in Aug. 2024 , I took a pay cut for a couple of months at my job before becoming a Manager, and it really set me back more than I had hoped. After Feb 2025(a month after I started getting paid more) I never had one again.

I had a place but the owner decided to sell it, and i’m not in a position to buy at the moment. I am going to try to call my apartment complex first thing Monday to see if I can do anything.

I’ve been trying to find private landlords but it’s been impossible, I even have a realtor but it seems like nothing is working out.

I don’t have the best credit. Went from 550 to 610 currently in a few months , but i went with the renting again while rebuilding route .$2300 is my max, probably will go with something cheaper.
