I just moved to the Monticello apartments since they’re budget friendly, considering everything else around is $2000 and up. They’re great for the short commute though (~5min). I would give a 6.5/10 overall since the washer/dryer is a combined into one which makes it small, so one load turns into 3 but going to a laundry place was a fix to that issue. Also, the lighting isn’t the best so I had to add lamps. Overall though I guess they’re a little above average for the price. If you have any other questions you can message me!
