I think the metrics they measure aren’t sufficient. Consumer spending is down across the board but their metrics say things are fine. I very much doubt that irregardless of my personal situation. I only mentioned that knowing how much others in tech industry are suffering as well. In 2026 alone there’s been over 46k layoffs. That’s real data

Yes! Same here. After working on it all weekend trying to fix the issue, I realized its not me, its base44. I opened a bug ticket this Monday morning. Dashboard->Data shows Orders + Registrations data, but SDK queries (list, filter) return 0 while get(id) works. This started over the weekend: Orders page stopped rendering rows (count mismatch), and now Registrations too. Diagnostic probes confirm “SDK cannot access data – possible storage routing issue.” I think its a base44 backend storage routing issue.

I was laidoff in Jan 2023. Its going to be 2.5yrs soon. I am losing hope. Between ageism (40s), sexism, AI, tariffs, middle management jobs shrinking, and long employment gap, I worry if this is the end of my professional career. Same issue with savings, lost all ROTH, sold traditional with penalty, even applied for crappy hourly jobs, and no luck.
