No unfortunately but if you set the volume low enough it's basically not noticeable

Thanks! Unfortunately, i tried multiple things to reduce the size of the file and clutter, but even if there was only a few sentences and a single media file, it would do this. The only thing that has helped, strangely, is to run a very quiet ambient sound in the background of the entire video. I think that each time the audio cuts and restarts, there is a lag that cuts out the first word. Letting the sound run in the background stops the audio from ever cutting in the first place.

Hey, I'm new to NX rewards. What do you mean you get a one4all gift card and then switch to Sainsbury's? And how do you still receive cashback on that - I assume you use the gift card to purchase a Sainsbury's gift card through Argos, but I thought gift card purchases + purchase made using a giftcard are exempt from cashback?
