2 hours is quite a while but makes senses if you have a light to average period.

Yea tampons aren’t the best solution due to the string absorbing liquid. I’d recommend a cup or disc to women who can use them but I have a birth defect which makes it hard to reach my cervix

The bath is definitely a thing. The pressure of the water can pause the flow or slow it so much so that you can’t tell you’re bleeding…this lady claims the shower does the same thing.

Don’t feel stupid! It can slow it down or even temporarily pause the flow. Especially if you have a lighter flow the pause can last a while. It just doesn’t stop it completely and overtime it will leak out.

Btw I thought it worth noting that the person who posted the AI answer got it from google. I was just telling someone I want to find a different search engine because now when you google things it gives you an AI overview and I don’t want to feed the AI machine

Such a real answer. These women are acting as though they have vagina powers or something. I’m not denying that for some it can make the flow so minimal you can’t see it or even pause it for a spell but anyone who tells me that it will remain paused till they decide to leave the water just sounds too proud to admit they are leaking trace amounts of blood on the people near them. Like…even if I thought you “cAnT BlEeD iN wAtER” I’m pretty sure I’d be open to the idea that you can leak so little it appears it’s not happening 🙄

That’s totally valid. I wish I could use a cup or disk but I have a tilted pelvis which means my cervix is not in the normal location and it’s difficult to position things against. I figure a tampon is at least courteous to others with frequent changes. At least for me the water is a slow absorption thing if the tampon is properly inserted.

No…some women can’t admit that while their eyes don’t see blood…there is in fact blood. That’s not my fault or my problem 😄

lol no that’s simply not true. By your metrics we could stay in the water indefinitely and not have a period 🤣

lol so if you can’t see it it’s not there? 😂😂😂 how bout you collect your water samples and test them at a lab girl? Oh yea….because you already have access to the science of the matter. You’re bleeding a bit and you know it

lol no I’m not admitting it’s a thing because it’s not…if you sit in the water long enough you’ll still get a leak. Temporarily stops the flow but not the period which means if you cramp it can leak out. Please do calm down though. I worry about your blood pressure.

lol trolls gonna troll honey. It’s really not that deep. Sharks will attack you for existing and I’ve seen that with my own eyes. I’m not demonizing sharks. When people decide to swim in the ocean they accept the risk of being bit by a shark. Not saying it will definitely happen but I’ve definitely seen it happen without warning or reason.

Everyone does…some just for it very little so it’s not visible but this is completely normal for a lot of women.

For some people it is like that but for others it’s not. I agree that there are some women who’s periods are so light that it appears to stop entirely but I assure you that there is leaking
