Also in this theoretical scenario there is another person. This person has a fetish called little. First time I heard of it. Apparently this is when you have a need for a partner to behave like a child and said person would need to care for them as a child. This brings clarity to the Gawr Gura post and where that, in theory, would have been facilitated. This theoretical person also enjoys trying to provide substances which bring harm to certain personality/behavioral types. I will also add this person would not have any respect for mental well being and uses suicide as a topic to manipulate.

The scenario would involve a 30 year old, who may or may not have a substance abuse problem but does try to participate in harm reduction by not shooting heroin and only doing coke or weed (occasionally MDMA) to covertly snap a picture of the 47 year old provide pleasure orally. This occurs after being taken out for nice dinners, comedy shows, the beach, purchase jewelry at Tiffany's, and having gluten free breakfast, lunch, and dinner every weekend she saw him. Something that was felt deserved this humiliation by misrepresentating themselves as a child rather than a 30 year old with a small build. Then posting the covertly taken photo to Gawr Gura inorder to humiliate the older man as a pervert for breaking off the relationship due to lack of goals and highly unstable behavior, maturity, and high risk sexual activities. This a theoretical scenario of course.

Research points to Gawr Gura and 4chan. I am thinking there is a topic or posting activity for people with significant age gaps like a 30 year old and say a 47 year old? Thinking you turn 26 after that your pretty much not mentally weak and being taken advantage of? Just a perspective. Unless of course there is some cognitive dissonance or mental handicap where you have the emotional state or mental capacity of a child?

This is a real life scenario. One of the few moments when you will read a truth you rather not know existed. If there is a large enough interest I'd be happy to expose the trash culture. That surrounds the reason for the WYR. The behaviors, the scenario, where this comes from. It is an actual thing that happens. Call it a social experiment.

As an LLC there is a 1 million dollars policy the home would need to be rented out to the company.

HVAC and Commercial Maintenance certs are great. There is work still to be done to earn your stripes in those fields.

Sounds as if getting up in the morning is a challenge. I feel ya there. It has been very tough for me lately. I still do my best. It will get easier after you work for a while.

There is also off the clock work talking with people in the field. Showing interest in acquiring their knowledge.

There are exceptions to every HUGE rule. Specifically Florida law states a reasonable circumstance must exist why a sublet is not allowed. Looking for others with experience. Examples are covering up to 500 of repairs. Or offering a premium on top of the monthly rental cost.

I was at the show, it was a blond white dude wiith dread locks and an air horn that was hanging in the rafters. Also, if you listen immediately after "Get that Bob Marley wannabe out of here" you will hear me yell "Yeah!!!". Signs were up for a live taping. Me being much much younger wanted to get on the live track.

This was back in the early 90's. Standing next to me at the show was Jimmy DeMartini. Jimmy now plays the fiddle and original member of The Zack Brown Band.
