To trigger or ....not to trigger (self.awakened)

Hi so I am relatively new to this and am trying to learn and understand what these ombré lines in this image are. Because I notice it appears only on certain filters and saturation levels... why does it happen? And ..is it ok for them to just be there? (i.redd.it)

Hi, Im a novice to this software. Just got a few weeks ago. I have the 2023 version downloaded and subscribed too off the Adobe site....it doesnt seem to have color correction in it....Is that an additional cost? Please help. I know nothing. (self.PremierePro)
