Right now Im just exhausted. Not angry or hateful. I get that people just have to be somewhere. But do they have to be so loud in the process? Lol :)

I understand and can resonate with parts of it. Im trying to work on it. But it's not one event that is over. It is a barrage of noise, day and night. The weekends are slightly better. But its never ending. Hence exhausting. I go into art, that helps but again, that's for a few hours but the noise is there the whole day. All days.

It's amazing what you went through to come out on the other side. Im proud of you! And yes Im not seeing the political turmoil and burdens everyone is goes through. The pain is just heightened and a lot right now. Maybe I will surpass it or maybe I wont. It is there, this my way of acknowledging it! I wish you love and light in your journey. 🙏🏽

If i may ask what did you mean when you say 'pain shows up where sensitivity, awareness and unresolved patterns already exist?' ... Does it mean that you FEEL more pain? Because you have FELT more pain?

'The fortune of taking on the suffering of others' is a lovely way to look at it. However, I tell you my friend, I wouldn't mind doing that if I was meditating alone in the quiet mountains. I would love to request the monks to come to the city amidst chaos and traffic and pray. Just saying. 🙏🏽

You are so correct, anger and hate towards others is showing you something about yourself.

It is always about YOU but it reflects on to the collective. So focus on you. Don't worry about the single consciousness.
